Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know to get started.
How quickly will my server be ready?
Most servers are online in about two minutes after you press start.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The free plan needs no card and doesn't expire — it runs a world for you and a few friends, on Java or Bedrock.
What do I get by paying?
More players, and on the larger plans a server that never sleeps. On the free plan your world sleeps when nobody is playing, and takes under a minute to wake when somebody joins — the app counts it down for you.
Can my friends join?
Yes. Share your server address, and use player lists to keep it private.
Which Minecraft edition do you support?
Both — Java Edition and Bedrock Edition, so you can play from a PC, phone or tablet.
Are my worlds backed up?
Yes — we back up your worlds automatically so you can restore them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like.
